Build a real product.

What you get

Everything that matters for your first job

Most bootcamps give you a certificate. We give you proof — a shipped product, a real company name on your LinkedIn, and the experience of building under real constraints.

C
Official internship certificate

Issued by Zenith Techsphere Private Limited — a registered Indian company. Verifiable, professional, and unlike any online course certificate.

P
Shipped product + live URL

Your CV will link to something real. A deployed product your team built from brief to launch — with your name in the Git history.

G
GitHub Copilot — included

Zenith covers your GitHub Copilot subscription for the full 8 weeks. You will work with the same AI dev tooling used by professionals globally.

L
Letter of recommendation

A personalised LOR from Zenith Techsphere's founding team, based on your actual performance — not a template sent to everyone.

M
Mentor touchpoints, twice a week

Group mentor calls every week, plus async support via team Discord. You are never building in isolation or guessing your next step.

Top 4 → paid mentor in Cohort 2

The four highest performers are offered a paid mentor role in the next cohort. Stipend, second LOR, and "Mentor, Zenith Techsphere" on LinkedIn.

8-week curriculum

What the 8 weeks look like

Structured, week by week. No ambiguity about what you are doing or why.

Week 1
Orientation and brief reveal

Teams are formed. Product brief is shared (after onboarding agreement). Tooling is set up — GitHub Copilot, Discord, project board. Selection criteria for top 4 are announced transparently.

Week 2
Research and wireframing

User research basics, competitive analysis of the problem space, wireframing the core feature set. Tech stack decision locked in by end of week.

Weeks 3–4
MVP development

Core features built. Mentor check-in twice a week. GitHub Copilot in active use. Weekly progress shared with the full cohort.

Weeks 5–6
Build, test, and iterate

Feedback loops, QA, bug fixing, and polish. Real users may be onboarded for early testing depending on the product.

Week 7
Marketing and positioning

Landing page, social posts, and basic product positioning. You will understand not just how to build — but how to explain what you built.

Week 8
Demo Day

Each team presents their product to a live audience. Certificates and LORs are issued. Top 4 mentors announced publicly. LinkedIn posts go live.

For top performers

From intern to paid mentor in one cohort

The top 4 performers from Cohort 1 are offered a paid mentor role in Cohort 2. They lead a team of 5, receive a stipend, and carry a Mentor title at Zenith Techsphere on LinkedIn. The criteria are announced on Day 1 — no surprises, no favouritism.

Selection criteria
Code quality and commits 30%
Product outcome at Demo Day 30%
Team contribution and collaboration 20%
Communication and initiative 20%
Who should apply

Be honest with yourself

We are selective. Not because we want to be exclusive — but because we want a cohort that shows up.

Apply if you are
A fresh B.Tech / BCA / BSc CS graduate with 0–6 months of experience
Someone who learns by building, not by watching lectures
A person who will show up to calls, meet deadlines, and push through blockers
Looking for something concrete and verifiable to put on your CV
Comfortable with at least one of: React, Flutter, Python, or Node.js at a basic level
Do not apply if you are
Looking for a passive, self-paced learning experience
Expecting a job placement guarantee at the end
Someone who will treat this as optional or secondary to other commitments
Unwilling to work collaboratively — this is a team program, not solo
Expecting the work to be easy or the deadlines to be flexible
